Electives 21 hours
(total 53 hours)
Associate Brokers and Salesmen can take the Broker Manager course and receive 8 hrs of elective credits.

It is important to be aware of when your license expires. Failure to renew (with required class time) results in having to retake the pre-licensing classes and test.
Code of Ethics and/or Professional Standards is required by the Teton Board of REALTORS every three years. The hours can count towards elective credits.
