  Required Classes Include:

   Contracting, Trust Account and Closing          8 hours

   Marketplace Issues                                               8 hours

   Practical Applications                                           8 hours
   Electives                                                                  21 hours    
                                                                                  (total 45 hours)
It is important to be aware of when your license expires failure to renew (with required class time) results in having to retake the pre-licensing classes and test.

Code of Ethics and/or Professional Standards is required by TBOR every three years. The hours can count towards electives credits.
